Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our services rely on high-performance infrastructure that incur fixed costs as soon as your service or activated. Because of this, we are unable to recover those costs if a service is canceled.

However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged for future billing cycles. This ensures you won't incur any further costs beyond your current term.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription simply go to your dashboard then Account > Subscription > Cancel

What are requests?

Each generation (flashcards, quizzes, etc.) counts as one request. Your plan determines how many requests you can make per billing period.

Note: Exporting generated content to different formats does not count as a request. You can export as many times as you like.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan any time. Currently we dont support downgrades but we are working on it and it should be available soon.

What types of study materials can I generate?

You can create flashcards, multiple-choice quizzes, true/false questions, and fill-in-the-blank exercises from your text or PDF content.
