Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our services rely on high-performance infrastructure that incur fixed costs as soon as your service or activated. Because of this, we are unable to recover those costs if a service is canceled.

However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged for future billing cycles. This ensures you won't incur any further costs beyond your current term.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription simply go to your dashboard then Account > Subscription > Cancel

What does "month" mean in monthly pricing?

A month is equivalent to 30 days.

What are credits?

Credits are used to make generation requests. Each request currently costs 10 credits. For example, with 500 credits, you can make 50 requests.

Note: This does not include exporting generated content to different formats. You can export as many times as you like without using credits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What types of study materials can I generate?

You can create flashcards, multiple-choice quizzes, true/false questions, and fill-in-the-blank exercises from your text or PDF content.
